AAFES doesn’t offer cars…period. I have never heard any of what you are talking about….

AAFES (or someone affiliated with AAFES) sells cars in Europe. What they don’t tell you is that you have to pay taxes on it when you bring it back stateside. I don’t know if there’s a specifically military program, but if you happen to be stationed in Japan, you can pick one up for cheap.
