And is it even possible to replace those? I really know nothing about cars. I just got a 1997 2-door Acura Integra and the interior of the door on the drivers side appears to have cracked or broken somehow, and then was glued back together.

Call local junkyards and see if they have the car with your color interior and see if the panels are in good condition. For ease of install also ask for them to include the clips. Both doors should cost anywhere from 40-100 for good condition panels. Shop around. Also look for Integra owners clubs online they may have members local to you selling them at a good price from a car that is being parted out.
