Why don’t people know about basic spelling and grammar? I see so many messages which look as if they have been written by a three-year-old. I am not referring to your question at all, but since you asked about spelling Alfa Romeo it prompted me to ask about spelling in general.

I tend to think it is either people who are not enthusiasts per say who confuse the spelling, or it is people who know better experiencing a momentary bout of stupidity.
To your other question: I have no idea. Sorry about that….

Hi Gary…not only some people cannot spell Alfa, but have you ever hear people pronounce Alfa Romeo as Alfa RomeRo? I hear that more times than I can ever imagine.
Anyhow…consider posting your idle problem at the Alfa Bulletin Board:?. It’s free to join and everyone worldwide is always answering as well as posting some questions. Hope that will help you find a solution quicker
