The inside fuselage diameter is 11′ 3″ at its widest point. I guess we’d need to add something to figure out the outside diameter…or “fuselage.”

The inside diameter (internal cabin width) of Hawker Siddeley Trident is 3.44 meter (about 11 feet and 3.5 inches) according to The Trident Preservation Society’s website.
Then click on “Technical” for more information.
Also, this German aviation website confirms the internal cabin width of 3.44 m (see Max. Kabinenbreite) and the cabin height was 2.02 m (about 6 ft 7.5 inches)(see Max. Kabinenhöhe)
The external diameter of the Trident is 3.76 meter (12 ft 4 inches).
