Maybe all of them are like that? It does look like the picture that is provided, but it's not like the emblem is sealed onto the license. I was thinking that it was a nice solid license but it's lighter and plastic. The emblem appears genuine. From afar it does look nice and i've only had it for a few weeks now, but if you see one in a mall that's metal or the emblem is sealed on (and not adhered on via..tape or something..there's a 1/3mm gap between it and the plate) get that one instead.
