one of my friends is buying one and wants to know if it is worth what the owner wants. so what is it worth book price.

Why do people tell me its too expensive to run and repair. Surely its not far from any other car?
I think that the Alfa Romeo Brera is one of the most beautiful cars for the price in production today. However, obviously since 1995, Alfa has stopped sending cars over to the U.S. It is possible to import one of them, but it costs, time, paperwork and money.
There are rumors of Alfa comming back to the U.S. by 2009 and thats when the alleged last year for the Brera will be. Should I try to import through the UK or something or would it be better just to forget about the car completely due to complications?
That actually does remind me of several articles written about Alfa regarding its quality, one of the reasons it left the U.S. i belive. Good point.
Some sources say 144 and 8 seconds, some say 140 and 9.something seconds.
Which one is right? Does it depend on the year of manufacture?

Yea, I’ve looked at wiki, but what car says 8 seconds.
They could line up 2 4 cyl.motors to make a straight eight like the great classic Alfa sportscars. To save gas you could run on just 1 engine when not going fast.
