I highly doubt they would go out of business. Just expect them to drop there worst sellers off the product line and a lot of layoffs. Bankruptcy does not assure the demise of Chrysler in any case. Having said that Fiat isn't going to save them either. Bad management, and unions that somehow think that the company disappearing is better than lowered health care. Brilliant, and good riddance to them. Ditto GM. Their cars have sucked for years and the dealers sucked as well. Now, they are starting to make decent products but it's way to little way too late.
