This dash kit fit PERFECTLY into the air conditioning plate, and it holds tight to the car's chassis via two bars that bolt into the car itself. It's sturdy as hell, and after some wire-cutter surgery I was able to get an AUX cable up through the holes at the back of the pocket (I have a Harman/Kardon Drive+Play). <br /> <br />All in all, five stars for a great fit that looks like it should have been in my dash for a long time. Problem is that the radio sleeve tabs are typically a half a centimeter short from the ridge in the pocket installation kit, and hence the radio jiggles a lot when the car goes over a bump. Unlock those and put you windows down and push the button that moves the top.
