Use the dimmer switch to turn the dome lights on and off. When you turn off the car and they are on, just quick turn the switch on and off again and they will stay off.

unless its controled by the computer its either on or off no faster to it.you can take the bulbs out completey but that will put you in the dark all the time maybe thats what you want is it?

turn the thumbwheel for the instrument panel dimmer all the way down till it clicks off.
