Multiple people in the family drive this car and each time we get in it we have to change the seat settings. I have noticed there are buttons on the side of the seat, but am not sure how to set them to a specific seat setting. I have tried looking in the owners manual, but no luck. Any ideas?

  1. EMM Says:

If the buttons on the side of the seat are labeled 1,2,3,M then you do have memory seats and memory mirrors too. To program the seat and mirrors adjust the seat and mirrors to where driver one would want them and press the M button and the 1 button and the same time, there should be a beep sound once the switch is programmed. Repeat this procedure with driver 2 pressing the M and 2 buttons. then repeat again with driver 3.
Then to change the position of the seat from driver 1 to driver 3 all you need to do is press and hold the 3 button until seat and mirrors finish moving the correct positions.
You should be warned that it is very easy to accidentally reprogram the switch by hitting the buttons with your thigh as you get in and out of the car.
