Recently my saab has been having lot of problems and I just want a ballpark figure of how much it might cost if the computer is the problem.

A new one would be pricey. I would call wrecking yards or a Saab auto recycler & see what they charge for a good used one.

    which computer?

the engine ECM? if your having misfires/lack of power then its more likely to be the coil pack. new ECM about £400 but if your’e gonna replace it then why now upgrade to a Speedparts ECM which releases more power from the engine?

if youmean the SID in the dash then they can be repaired for under £50 on eBay/

What kinds of problems are you having? There are many “computers” on this car. Trionic ECU, TCM, MIU, SID, DICE, ACC, TWICE, SRS, etc., each one’s price is different and so is the labor.
