I have checked the fuses and they look good turn signals and running lights work just not the break lights.

Cheapest is to check the bulbs. They are 3 way bulbs and the break lights phase may be burnt out.

I bet its the relay. Check that out.

Check brake light switch you can get one at autozone for $17.00.

1. the turn signals are working, the brake light are on the same circuit. check the brake light switch [on the brake pedal up high close to the pivot point. the in put wire is hot at all times, the out put wire to the light only is hot when the pedal is depressed test it the other wire is to the cruse control. if the switch is good. check out / replace the turn signal switch. it has a bridge to permit the brake light to turn on when signaling a turn.
