Perfect fit and a great price for Saturn replacement. Extremely easy installation. Just pop off cover on inside of door with screwdriver, disconnect power cord, remove three 10 mm nuts and install new mirror. Took maybe 5 to 10 minutes. The only difference over OEM is the mirror part itself seems to be a bit smaller but it still gives a clear view of traffic.

Mirror was packed well, shipped quickly, and fit perfectly. Took off cosmetic cap from the interior, undid three nuts, pulled off old mirror and put in new mirror. Total install time maybe 30 minutes, tops.
Mirror worked great, no problems, good as new–literally.
Would recommend.
