I own a ’96 Acura Integra LS Auto. I’ve adjusted the valves around 10 times now and I still can’t get it right. I adjust them cold, to spec using feeler gauges as called for by the Acuras repair manual, but they still click. Whats the deal, is there some kind of trick to doing it?



Acura extended the warranty on the parts required to repair the red SRS (supplemental restraint system light) warning light that stays on to indicate that the system is not working. The notice indicates that repairs will be made free of charge. I took the car in for the service and was told that only 2 of the 3 broken parts were covered. The 3rd part would cost $1,150 to repair. Bait and switch?
