I am planning on buying the BMW for $6900, but the tail lights are broken. Is that a good price? It has 160,000 mileage. Should the price be lowered because of the broken tail lights?
I will be buying a used 2003 Acura RSX from my grandparents soon and i wanted to install some different tail lights on it and i wasnt sure if you have to take it in or if you do it yourself? If you know how to install headlights that would be great too.

I have a Alfa Romeo 147. I noticed yesterday that there is no reverse lights, neither work. I have changed all bulbs, changed the corresponding fuse in the fuse box. I also checked, and there is power to the fuse in the fuse box, but no power by the time it gets to the lights.
