I have not bought this item. I just think that the seller should offer some information on what type(s) of Tacoma(s) this filter will work on.

To anyone looking for a cabin air filter for their 2005+ Toyota Tacoma go to [...] and get a new TYC filter for $3.62. I just used the last of my old ones so I ordered 3 more and it came to to a little under $21.00 with shipping. I’ve used them in the past and they fit and work great. I find that I need to change the filter twice a year because field mice get in and chew on them and nest above the blower motor. New filters are much cheaper than a new garage.

I’ve used this on my 2005 Toyota Tacoma and it fits perfectly and does a good job of filtering the cabin air. Apparently not all of the 2005 Tacomas have this filter built in. My understanding is that this was a change on the line during the manufacturing run so make sure there is a slot behind your glove compartment for this filter before you buy it.

I have used this brand of filter in my ’05 Toyota Tacoma,my ’04 Pontiac Vibe, and ’04 Toyota Sienna for more than 4 years now. They do a great job of filtration, especially noteworthy in the extreme dusty environment of Las Vegas, Nevada where I live. Even better is the price through Amazon; this is half what you would pay from Micron direct.
